Maylee's Surgery

Maylee has been in operation since 8:35. So far everything's going well. We're getting a call from the nurse every hour.We're all alittle bit worried. Well that's it for now, check back with you later.

Back at Home

Since we've been home from China allot has been going on. For instance today I found out that my project is going to the reading fair. The second night we got back she got into the Cheerios and made a enormous mess. I had a little trouble getting caught up on school work but I'm all caught up now. During Christmas everyone was busy even on the day before Christmas Eve. Christmas this year turned out good after all. Like I said before allot has been going on lately.

Hello Guangdong

Today all of us except my parents got Chinese outfits. We also got t-shirts that say "big sister", "big brother" and "little sister" in Chinese.

We saw chicken feet in a bag at the 7-11.

I had my picture taken several times by some local people! I feel like a movie star.

Best Day Ever!

Today we went to the orphanage and the road where she was found. Maylee recognized both places. She took a nap in the car. We got her the cutest stroller the other day! Maylee is loving french fries! BEST DAY EVER!!!

Brief Update

Here's some updated pictures of Maylee. Today I saw duck someone also got on to my brother for not wearing a jacket. Plus a lady asked for money ,but we said no. Hey all my friends and everyone else!We also almost killed about 10 people in the taxi! THIS IS AWESOME!

Not Much Longer Sweet Angel

Maylee will be 2 on December 4th. Maylee will be home on December 11th. I have truly never experienced a little girl, but I have experienced a little boy. I have a 14 year old sister and a 5 year old brother. My brother's name is Bennett and my sister's name is Abby. I can't wait until I meet her face to face.
It won't be much longer now. We have to be at the airport at 5:00 because our plane leaves at 6:23. I have to wake up at 3:00 because we are leaving the house at 4:30. This is going to be the best trip of my life! I'm going to miss three weeks of school but it's worth it.
